Billing: All orders will be charged immediately upon purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express for all orders.
IF YOUR PURCHASE RESULTS IN A CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT ACCORDING TO OUR RETURN POLICY WE WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IN THE STATE AND COUNTY WE DUE BUSINESS IN AND UP TO 3 TIMES THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PLUS LEGAL FEES.
By ordering through AR500-TARGETS, the purchaser agrees to our billing policy. Secure check out is supplied by Authorize.net.
Shipping: We offer free USPS Shipping on all of the products on our website.
DUE TO USPS BEING EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE WE RECOMMEND ALL BODY ARMOR SHIP FEDEX.
The buyer is responsible for entering a valid USPS shipping address. Should the item be returned to the seller because the purchaser made a mistake, etc., the purchaser will be Responsible for all cost to reship item plus the cost of shipping and handling that we paid.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting their products within a reasonable amount of time, which we consider to be 2 business days from item receipt. If there is a discrepancy discovered with the buyer’s purchase during this time period, AR500-TARGETS will be fully responsible for resolution and all associated shipping and product costs. After the inspection period, discrepancies will be resolved at the discretion of AR500-TARGETS, and on a case by case basis. After the 2 day inspection period, all costs associated with discrepancies will be assumed by the purchaser.
AR500-TARGETS ships only completed orders in full. For example, if you purchase three targets and one of the targets is on back order, you will have to wait until the last target is ready before we can ship out your product. To continue to provide you with the best pricing possible, we must wait until your order is fulfilled 100% before shipping.
Should you need your partial order urgently, we will review your order on a “case by case” basis.
How do I return an item?
DUE TO THE EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND ON BODY ARMOR WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY BODY ARMOR!
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange Within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
-must not be a special order or a custom order
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
If you receive an item that you believe to be defective it is your responsibility to return item (at your own cost) until the time we deem that item defective, we will at that time refund or Exchange only the amount originally paid by us to ship the defective item back to us.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned or exchanged items and must not be damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us first will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping cost .
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS= WE ARE NOT IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR MISSING DURING SHIPPING IF YOU FEEL THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING AND WOULD LIKE TO PROCESS A CLAIM YOUR ITEMS PACKAGE MUST HAVE A DAMAGED ITEM LABEL ATTACHED AND WE WILL REQUIRE A PHOTO OF THE PACKAGE AND LABEL IN ORDER FOR US TO FILE A CLAIM THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 45 DAYS REGARDLESS OF THE CARRIERS POLICY NO EXCEPTIONS.
(Should an item be returned because it was defective, mis-represented, not as described, etc., AR500-TARGETS will issue a full refund and will reimburse the customer of all shipping expenses associated with the return. However, the product must be returned via USPS flat-rate shipping in order to receive a shipping expense refund. Buyers must ensure all returned parcels receive delivery AND signature confirmation. Insurance is highly recommended as we cannot issue a refund for an item that we do not receive back should it get lost/damaged during transit.
Please allow 10 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund.
